FTTH & OSP Engineering Frameworks
Standardized Outside Plant (OSP) guidelines, fiber route planning principles, and quality assurance workflows derived from large-scale fiber-to-the-home deployments.
Leading telecommunications fiber optic outside-plant (OSP/FTTH) engineering projects by day, and championing grassroots community initiatives, neighborhood book circulation, and knowledge-sharing in spare time.

An early-stage, community-led, non-commercial book sharing initiative connecting cherished dormant books with curious minds. The book-sharing initiative is a personal voluntary effort (not a registered NGO) run with deliberate simplicity to keep physical reading vibrant, accessible, and dignified.
All requests and donations are manually reviewed and coordinated by Rajeshwar Reddy (The book-sharing initiative is a personal community initiative, not a registered NGO). Built to pass knowledge forward with deliberate simplicity.
Selected titles gifted to readers to keep permanently and build personal reading collections at home.
Shared community reading where volumes can be borrowed, enjoyed, and passed forward to the next reader.
Please note: All book requests and handovers are coordinated manually on volunteer availability and are not automatically guaranteed.
Practical field methodologies from telecom fiber rollouts, alongside early-stage community and cataloging tools currently in concept exploration.
Standardized Outside Plant (OSP) guidelines, fiber route planning principles, and quality assurance workflows derived from large-scale fiber-to-the-home deployments.
A proposed minimal, zero-telemetry spreadsheet and catalog framework for tracking neighborhood book donations and manual loans without complex backend infrastructure. Currently undergoing inaugural inventory review.
Informal guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions for field surveyors, telecom technicians, and engineering students transitioning into telecom fiber infrastructure roles.
Practical logistical models for mobilizing neighbors, pooling idle study materials, and connecting donated literature directly to local learners with zero friction.
I am a telecommunications OSP/FTTH engineering professional and community builder. With extensive experience in fiber optic infrastructure design, team leadership, and outside plant deployment, I believe in building durable, reliable systems that connect people quietly and effectively.
Outside of telecom engineering, The book-sharing initiative is my grassroots, personal initiative to give books another chapter. Through direct handovers and neighborhood micro-libraries, it seeks to circulate knowledge freely without bureaucratic friction or commercial motives.
Connect to donate idle books or volunteer as a local book drop coordinator. Coordinated personally on a voluntary basis.
