Book Borrowing & Return Policy

General books

Books under the Borrow & Return arrangement should normally be returned within 2 months (60 days) from the handover date. The due date will be recorded at handover. Extensions may be requested before the due date and depend on availability.

Academic & exam-related books

Textbooks, reference books, and competitive-exam materials may be kept until the relevant examination or academic requirement is completed. An expected return date must be agreed and recorded at handover. If the exam or academic timeline changes, contact the organiser to request an extension.

Care, damage, and returns

Please take reasonable care of books. Normal wear is understood. Report lost or significantly damaged books to the organiser so a fair solution can be discussed. A book is considered returned when the organiser receives it and records the return. These return rules apply only to books explicitly marked Borrow & Return; other sharing arrangements will be confirmed individually.
